Applies to: the public marketing website at bluecollarvoice.ai (the “Site”) and any public demo experiences we make available through the Site (“Demos”).
1) Quick summary
- We run a public marketing website for U.S.-based trade businesses.
- We do not run ads.
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising).
- We may use standard analytics tools (like Google Analytics) to help measure Site performance and reliability.
- We use standard infrastructure, security, and performance tools (including Vercel and Cloudflare, and Cloudflare may provide performance monitoring such as Cloudflare Beacon) to help operate, protect, and keep the Site reliable.
- We collect limited information you provide (like business contact details) and limited technical data needed to run, measure performance, and secure the Site.
- If you use a Demo (voice or chat), we may receive what you say/type and related metadata.

3) What this policy covers (and what it does not)
This Privacy Policy covers information collected through the public marketing Site and Demos.
If you become a beta or paying customer and use our products/services, your service use will be covered by separate service terms and privacy notices (not this marketing-site policy).
For information about orders, onboarding, the customer portal, and our Services, please see our Customer & Service Privacy Notice.
This Privacy Policy also does not apply to any customer portal, onboarding portal, or other authenticated product experience, even if linked from the Site.
4) Information we collect
A) Information you choose to provide
Depending on how you interact with the Site, we may collect:
- information you provide when you email us (for example, your name, email address, phone number, business name, and what you write)
- information you provide when you schedule or attend a demo (for example, scheduling details and what you share during the demo)
If we add a “contact us” or vendor inquiry form in the future, we may collect the information you submit through that form (for example, your name, email, phone number (optional), business name, and message). We do not currently plan to accept file attachments through website forms.
B) If you use a voice or chat Demo
If the Site lets you interact with a Demo AI agent (by phone or chat), we may receive:
- the content of what you say or type
- call or chat metadata (such as time, duration, and phone number or other identifiers)
- transcripts generated from audio (and in some cases call or chat recordings), to operate, secure, and evaluate the Demo
Please do not share sensitive information (like card numbers, SSNs, medical info, or confidential customer data) in Demos.
If a Demo interaction will be recorded and/or transcribed, we will provide notice at the start of the interaction. By initiating or continuing after the notice, you consent to the recording and/or transcription described in the notice.
Biometric note (Illinois): We do not intentionally collect or use “voiceprints” or other biometric identifiers to identify you. Demo audio may be processed to operate the Demo (for example, for transcripts), but it is not used by us to uniquely identify you.
C) Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our infrastructure providers may automatically collect:
- IP address
- device and browser type
- approximate location (derived from IP, such as city/state)
- pages you visit and basic request logs
- security-related signals (to detect bots, abuse, and attacks)
- performance and reliability data (for example, page load timing, page views, and error signals), including through providers such as Cloudflare and (if enabled) Google Analytics
5) Cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies
We use (and our providers use) cookies, scripts, web beacons, and similar technologies primarily for:
- security and fraud prevention (for example, bot detection and abuse prevention)
- load balancing, performance, and reliability (including measuring page performance)
This may include:
- performance monitoring provided by Cloudflare (for example, Cloudflare Beacon), and/or
- analytics tools (like Google Analytics) that help us understand how visitors use the Site and improve performance.
Third-party cookies (Zoom and other services). When you use third-party services linked from the Site (for example, Zoom scheduling pages), those third parties may set their own cookies or use similar technologies under their own policies. We do not control those third-party cookies or technologies.
We do not use cookies or similar technologies for:
- targeted advertising
Your choices. You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, parts of the Site may not work correctly. If we use Google Analytics, you can also use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
6) How we use information
We use information for:
- operating, maintaining, and securing the Site and Demos
- measuring Site performance and reliability (including through Cloudflare and, if enabled, Google Analytics)
- responding to messages and requests
- scheduling and running demos
- operating and evaluating Demo experiences (including voice/chat Demos)
- fixing bugs and improving reliability
- preventing fraud, abuse, and security incidents
- complying with legal obligations and enforcing our Terms
- following up with you about your request (for example, to confirm or reschedule a demo)
- developing and improving our technology used for the Site and Demos
7) How we share information
We share information only as needed for the purposes above, including with:
- Our team: employees and independent contractors (such as sales representatives) who need the information to respond to you, schedule/run demos, and operate the Site and Demos. We require them to keep it confidential and use it only for Blue Collar Voice purposes.
A) Service providers (processors)
We use vendors who help us run the Site and Demos. For example:
- Hosting and infrastructure: Vercel
- Security and performance (including bot protection and performance monitoring): Cloudflare
- Analytics (if enabled): Google Analytics
- Email: Fastmail
- Demos/meetings and scheduling pages: Zoom
- Internal sales tracking / CRM: Google Sheets
- Voice and chat Demo technology providers (including AI and communications providers): Vapi (VAPI)
We may also use workflow automation/routing tools (for example, n8n) if we add website forms or inbound request routing in the future.
These providers process information on our behalf under contractual limits.
B) Legal and safety
We may share information if we believe it’s necessary to:
- comply with the law or legal process
- protect rights, safety, and security of Blue Collar Voice, our users, or others
- prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents
C) Business transfers
If we’re involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
8) What we do not do
- No ads: We do not run third-party advertising on the Site.
- No sale of personal information: We do not sell personal information.
- No targeted advertising sharing: We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (targeted advertising).
- No marketing texts: We do not currently send marketing SMS/text messages from the Site.
- No mass marketing emails: We do not run newsletter-style mass email marketing today. (We may still send one-to-one emails to respond to you and schedule demos.)
9) Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, including:
- to communicate with you
- to keep the Site secure and reliable
- to schedule and run demos
- to prevent abuse and resolve security issues
Retention depends on the type of data and why we collected it. We may delete or anonymize information earlier, and we may keep some information longer if required by law or for legitimate business needs (for example, security logs).
Audio/recordings note: If we store raw audio recordings from Demos at all, we keep them only as long as needed for Demo operation, quality assurance, troubleshooting, and security (unless we are required by law to keep them longer). We try to minimize retention where feasible.
10) Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No website or system can be 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11) Your choices and rights
A) Access, correction, deletion, and portability
You can request that we:
- provide access to certain information we have about you
- correct inaccurate information
- delete certain information
- provide a portable copy of certain information (when reasonably feasible)

B) California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy laws, including the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use, and share
- request deletion of personal information
- correct inaccurate personal information
- opt out of “sale” or “sharing” (we do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for targeted advertising)
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights

We may collect identifiers (like name, email, phone number), business contact information (like company name), internet/network activity (like IP address and device info), and (if you use a Demo) audio/electronic information (like what you say or type and related metadata).
We use this information to operate, secure, and improve the Site and Demos, to communicate with you, and to schedule and run demos.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for targeted advertising. For retention, see Section 9.
D) Appeals
If we deny your request, you can appeal our decision by replying to our response email or emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
E) Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control (GPC)
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals, and some browsers or extensions send “Global Privacy Control” (GPC) signals.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share personal information for targeted advertising. If you want to limit analytics cookies (including Google Analytics), you can adjust your browser settings or use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
12) Children
The Site and Demos are intended for adults (18+) acting for businesses.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, please do not use the Site or Demos.
13) U.S.-only focus
The Site is intended for users in the United States. If you use the Site, your information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate.
14) Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
